2) Professor M. Sornarajah, Visiting Professor London School of Economics; Director of Center for Prosecution and Prevention of Genocide

Issues:

1) Can an accused be a judge in his own case? – nemo iudex in sua causa

2) Has Sri Lanka shown the will to be a partner with the international community to deliver justice to Tamils?

3) Is the political environment in Sri Lanka conducive to meet out justice for Tamils?

Panel Discussion will be followed by a Q&A Session, light Tamil food and refreshments will be served
